Salary: £37,000 + paid overtime

Our client are a top 15 firm in Bristol. The Audit role they are recruiting for will be predominantly audit with some accounts work however, opportunities to work alongside colleagues in both the accounts, tax and trust department are encouraged. The ideal candidate would have somewhat of a broad experience in a smaller firm prior to joining and will also have the skills to communicate effectively with clients.
The firm have a broad range of work and lots of interesting clients to offer. They encourage all employees to progress and also offer the option to become dual qualified (ACA/CTA). All partners at the firm are practice partners rather than specialised partners and they have a strong employee retention rate. There is scope for progression to partner in the future for exceptional candidates.
For this role, the firm will accept an ACA/ACCA semi-senior or senior and they will provide study support for either qualification. The senior salary is approximately £37,000 (depending on experience) and working hours are 9-5pm. Employees are able to work paid overtime and there is a bonus each year for all employees.
