An exciting opportunity for an Audit Senior has emerged in a Leeds location within a well known firm. Within the office there are a diverse range of clients including several household names, giving you the benefits of working within a global firm whilst also ensuring you work across a varied portfolio of clients.
The job role includes:
Full responsibilty for the management of the assignment. This includes all aspects of planning.
Perform preliminary analytical review and highlight risk areas for further audit investigation.
Draft the budget and assign audit areas to team members ensuring you manage the audit risks and develop the team members.
Ensure team members' objectives have been set and are monitored throughout the assignment.
Act as a point of contact for both manager and client, ensuring both are kept fully informed of any issues arising throughout the process of the audit.
Build strong working relationships with the client and other team members.
For this job you should be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent. You should be able to pro-actively identify client needs and take ownership of projects. You should be able to act as a role model and demonstrate committment to self development. You will be willing to participate in meetings, providing information and ideas with clarity. You will begin to develop your own network of clients in the wider areas and will effectively delegate jobs to other team members.
